Shipping to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the service provided by MeinEinkauf.ch . You can find all information under this link. MeinEinkauf.ch will then handle all custom formalities and delivery to your doorstep for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, fully cleared through customs, and at a favorable rate.

Costs

We recommend using MeinEinkauf.ch, especially for orders with a value over €970. With the conventional shipping method Standard International + Export Declaration, a shipping fee of €99.90 applies in our shop, as well as subsequent import costs (presentation fee and VAT) in Switzerland. Within Germany, however, shipping costs are free for orders over €299, but the service fees for MeinEinkauf.ch still apply.

Ordering Process with MeinEinkauf.CH

  1. Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch. Here you will receive a personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address.
  2. With your personal vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch email address, you can now create a customer account in our online store (optional).
  3. Place your order in our shop and provide your personal email address (vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch)
  4. Please use exclusively the following as your shipping AND billing address:

    In addition to addressing your order to MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also ensure you use the correct payment method.
  5. All order and shipping information will be automatically forwarded from your firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address.
    At the same time, the MeinEinkauf.ch team remains informed about the status of your order in order to send it to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible.
    You can then check the status of your order approximately 48 hours after receipt on www.meineinkauf.ch under "My Orders".
  6. You pay for your order directly in the Leeze Shop. Along with your order, you will receive a separate invoice for the service fee charged by MeinEinkauf.ch.
