Florian Otterpohl and Frank Decker - founders and managing directors
Leeze - founded out of love for sport
Florian and Frank have been jointly responsible for the design and development of the Leeze wheel portfolio for over 12 years with a great deal of entrepreneurial vision. They are motivated by their jointly formulated claim: to develop the best wheels for everyone - at fair prices.
As a business economist, Florian is responsible for the overall business orientation of Leeze, as well as the overall management of the Leeze product portfolio. Florian is an active cyclist himself, leads the Leeze Factory Racing Team and thus brings the "Customer First" development approach to wheel concept development. His deep understanding of current customer requirements and market trends forms the basis of the Leeze wheel portfolio.
Frank brings a technical perspective to wheel development. With a background in industrial engineering, he is responsible for the technical design and development of the Leeze wheel portfolio through to market maturity. Building on his technical expertise, his focus is on component integration and coordination in Leeze wheel systems.
Nevertheless, the D2R approach allows us to accelerate development cycles, as iterative changes to the impeller profiles can be carried out in the virtual environment in a time and cost-efficient manner.

For us, cycling is much more than just racing - it's a way of life that we at Leeze embody every day. We love speed and are up for any town sign sprint. But we also appreciate the gentle rolling sound of our wheels on smooth tarmac on a warm summer's day, together with friends on the way to the nearest café.

As passionate cyclists, we have been firmly established in cycling with the Leeze Factory Racing Team since 2014. When racing, we are the strictest critics of our Leeze products and optimise them continuously - for the highest performance standards and quality. The 14 male and 5 female riders are now the most successful racing teams in the Münsterland region - the maximum performance of Leeze material forms the basis of their success.
