For this, we have completely redesigned the new BASIC generation and, through extensive updates, saved an average of over 100 grams per wheelset:
New, lighter Leeze BASIC hubs with refined design details, now laced using the high-quality straight-pull method. A combination of SAPIM CX Delta and CX Sprint bladed spokes for improved stiffness and aerodynamics - wind tunnel tested. Optimized carbon rims, which have become even lighter and now adopt the style of our top-tier wheelsets with printed water slide decals.

The all-new Basic
Leeze BASIC VR Hub
The new LEEZE BASIC front hub combines low weight with high stiffness and precision. The straight-pull system with 24 spokes in a 1:1 lacing pattern and two-cross lacing ensures a balanced ratio of stability and weight. The precise manufacturing of the 15267- and 6902 bearings guarantees a long service life and minimal rolling resistance. The Centerlock mount provides for easy and secure installation of the brake rotor.

Leeze Basic HR Hub
The new LEEZE BASIC rear hub combines low weight with high load capacity. With 4 pawls and 48 teeth, the freehub offers a direct engagement angle of 7.5 degrees for precise power transfer. The straight-pull system with 24 spokes in a 1:1 lacing pattern and two-cross lacing ensures uniform load distribution and high lateral stiffness. The combination of 15267- and 6902 bearings guarantees smooth operation and a long service life. The Centerlock mount allows for easy and secure installation.
CX-Delta & CX-Sprint
The combination of Sapim CX-Sprint and CX-Delta spokes delivers the perfect balance of stiffness, power transfer, and aerodynamics. The CX-Sprint is used on the drive side of the rear wheel to optimize power transfer. The CX-Delta on the front wheel offers greater stiffness and improves steering precision and stability—ideal for maximum control at high speeds. The elliptical shape of both spokes fits seamlessly into all standard hub holes.

The combination of the CX-Sprint on the rear wheel and the CX-Delta on the front wheel is ideal for road cycling, triathlons, and demanding competitions where stiffness, aerodynamics, and durability are crucial.

The elliptical shape of both spokes improves aerodynamics and fits into all standard hub holes without voiding the hub manufacturer's warranty.
