Crash Replacement (CRep.) – Terms and Conditions

• No exclusion for damages incurred during racing events.
• This offer is exclusively for the original purchaser and must be processed directly through Leeze.
• The CRep. cannot be claimed if the damage is covered by insurance or settled by a third party.
• To claim the CRep., the damaged wheelset must be returned to Leeze.*
• The CRep. cannot be used for normal wear and tear.
• The CRep. should be applied to a comparable product category or the next higher category (guideline: MSRP).

* Unfortunately, we have found that damaged products—some of which ended up back on the road, even accidentally—should under no circumstances be used further. We insist that the wheel set be returned so that we can remove it from circulation and ensure that the damaged product does not pose any risk in the future.
