The Leeze ULTRA Series demonstrates what is technologically possible. Ultimate lightweight construction and select high-end components combine with the expertise gained from 12 years of Leeze wheel development.

No matter the cost: We made no compromises in the development of the Leeze ULTRA wheelsets. For the first time, we’re using VONOA Aerowide carbon spokes, which are hand-screwed into the ultra-light Leeze ULTRA hubs. The fiber layup and fiber volume content of the ULTRA carbon rims have been optimized down to the last detail to save every unnecessary gram of weight. Thanks to a special surface finish, we were able to forgo painting the carbon rim and apply extremely thin transfer decals instead. Every gram counts.

Leeze ULTRA VR Hub

The LEEZE ULTRA front hub combines low weight with high stiffness and aerodynamic efficiency. The 21-hole hub features a 2:1 lacing pattern with 14 crossed spokes and 7 radial spokes, ensuring even load distribution and maximum control. The combination of 6803 and 6802 bearings ensures minimal friction and a smooth ride—even under race conditions. The Centerlock mount ensures easy installation and a secure hold on the brake rotor.

The LEEZE ULTRA rear hub is designed to meet the highest competitive standards. With 3 pawls and 33 teeth , the freehub offers a direct engagement angle of 10.9 degrees for fast and direct power transfer. The 21-hole hub uses a 2:1 lacing pattern with 14 crossed spokes on the drive side and 7 radial spokes on the non-drive side—ideal for maximum stiffness and aerodynamic efficiency. The combination of 6803 and 6802 bearings ensures minimal friction and long-lasting durability—perfect for maximum speed and control.

Carbon spokes

VONOA Aerowide carbon spokes offer the perfect combination of lightness, stiffness, and aerodynamics. Weighing just 2.9 g per spoke, they are approximately 40% lighter than comparable steel spokes. Their high tensile strength ensures maximum stability, while their aerodynamic shape reduces drag. Both ends of the spokes are threaded, allowing them to be screwed directly into the nipples and ensuring the wheels are precisely centered. Ideal for maximum efficiency and a direct riding feel.
