Here you'll find detailed instructions on how to use and maintain your indoor cycling equipment:
Please follow the safety instructions below to ensure your safety and the longevity of your Leeze Boom products. The user manual included with the product or available online is an integral part of the product and must be read in its entirety before use.
Read all instructions carefully before you start riding, and follow them closely. The Leeze Boom Board Pro, Leeze Boom Dots, and Leeze Boom Counterweight have been tested for compatibility with numerous commercially available trainers. You can find a current list of compatible trainers in the product description for the Leeze Boom Board. If your trainer is not listed there, please contact us via the Leeze service form.
- Make sure the board is on a flat, stable surface.
- Check that the thru-axles and/or quick-release skewers on the bicycle are tightened to the torque specified by the manufacturer.
- Check that the straps (Leeze Boom Straps) securely hold the trainer in place. Damaged straps must be replaced—contact Leeze Customer Service for assistance.
- Make sure that the seatbelt clips are properly hooked into the designated holes (see the owner's manual, Chapter 3.1, Step 9).
- Check that all countersunk screws, nuts, and retaining caps are tight.
- Make sure that the compression springs and rubber buffers are correctly installed and secured (see the user manual, Chapter 3.1, steps 3 and 6).
- Make sure all Boom Dots are correctly and securely seated in the designated slots on the board—especially the ones under the trainer's feet.
- Check the Boom Dots for cracks or damage.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets – Choking hazard!
- Check that the counterweight is securely in place and tightly sealed.
- Do not expose the counterweight to high temperatures or direct sunlight—the lid may warp due to thermal expansion.
- Warning: The counterweight is heavy and must not be dropped.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets—the contents may be swallowed.
- If necessary, consult your doctor before starting your workout.
- Never exceed the maximum allowable system weight (rider + bike + trainer) of 180 kg.
- Use the Leeze Boom Board Pro only on a stable, level surface.
- Be especially careful when climbing up—wet surfaces increase the risk of slipping.
- Always keep your hands, body parts, and objects away from moving parts.
- Children and pets must not be in the vicinity while the equipment is in use.
- This board is intended exclusively for use with stationary bike trainers —it is not suitable for moving systems!
- Do not modify the board. Only decorative stickers are allowed on the visible surface—make sure they do not pose a slipping hazard.
- Keep the area around the board clear of obstacles and be careful in rooms with low ceilings.
