Service Package

When buying a new wheel, we recommend booking our service package. This gives you the opportunity to send your Leeze wheelset to us for a full service. The following services are included:

• Check rims, hubs, spokes, nipples

• Bearings check

• Check concentricity (lateral and radial runout, centering of the hub, spoke tension)

• True your wheels

• Free replacement of all defective standard bearings (up to 2 years after purchase)

• Free exchange of all defective Ceramicspeed Ceramic bearings (up to 4 years after purchase, please note the instructions for maintaining the Ceramicspeed bearings)

• 50% discount when replacing all defective (not Ceramicspeed) ceramic bearings (up to 2 years after purchase)

• Free return shipping of the wheels

The service takes 5-7 working days depending on how busy our service center is. The shipping time is 1-3 working days. If possible, the wheelset should be sent in without tires, cassette and other accessories. In any case, you should clean the wheelset beforehand. In this way, the processing time can be significantly reduced.

To send your wheelset in for service, please contact us by email or phone beforehand, and we will then set a date with you for the wheelset to be serviced .

We recommend that you keep the wheel box when you sign up for the service package. Safe shipping is guaranteed. The cheapest way to send the wheelset to us is with DPD or Hermes.

Please remove all add-on parts and pack the wheels well before dispatch! (This includes tyres, tubes, brake discs and the cassette.) We accept no liability for parts that were fitted to the wheel and damaged during shipping.
