Rights Under the Statutory Warranty
STATUTORY WARRANTY A minimum two-year statutory warranty of conformity applies to goods sold in the European Union. Consumers may assert their rights under the statutory warranty, for example, if the goods do not match the description or do not function as intended. Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery of the goods and becomes apparent within the statutory warranty period. In such cases, sellers must offer the following: free repair or free replacement; in certain cases, a price reduction or a full refund of the purchase price. In some countries, the statutory warranty period is longer. A shorter period may apply to used goods, but it cannot be less than one year. For more information about your rights in a specific country, scan the QR code below or ask the seller. europa.eu/youreurope/garantien What should you do if you receive goods that do not conform to the contract? Report the problem to the seller as soon as possible. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement. Sellers and manufacturers may also offer commercial warranties that apply independently of the statutory warranty. For example, this GARAN label indicates that the manufacturer provides a commercial durability warranty at no additional cost that covers the entire product. 1 2

The EXP models in the BASIC and COMP series are designed for anyone who needs high load-bearing capacity—whether for bikepacking, carrying luggage on long all-road tours, or when riding with a heavier setup. EXP wheels are rated for a load capacity of 135 kg and feature a particularly understated design with minimal branding.

As B-grade items, these wheelsets have minor cosmetic imperfections resulting from the manufacturing process. The wheelsets are new and have never been ridden. You can find sample photos here on the product page. They show typical imperfections; the type and extent may vary on your specific wheelset. We do not provide photos of individual wheelsets. There are no technical defects. The specifications fully correspond to the regular EXP model.

You can find the product description and technical specifications for each wheel on the respective product page, e.g., for the CC 45 BASIC AR EXP.

B-grade products are also covered by a 2-year warranty and the lifetime Leeze Crash Replacement program.
